Just one appointment can give you the information and tools you need to navigate quickly and easily through some of life's toughest challenges, such as parenting, relationships, anger issues, communication obstacles, substance abuse, divorce and co-parenting, and bereavement.  

All the above challenges are distinct journeys, universal human experiences, which follow set patterns.  Knowing the pattern, knowing what is normal, knowing what to expect, and knowing what has helped others can all ease your journey and shift your perspective...lifting some of the heaviness and letting in some light.

And, in real life, counseling and coaching is "as needed."  Try one appointment and take it from there.  You may choose to come back in a week or two, or not until life throws you the next curve.
